Unless otherwise stated, all materials available on ASCENTSO Learning are the intellectual property of ASCENTSO SDN. BHD. or its authorised contributors.

These materials are provided solely for personal learning purposes.
3. Copyright Protection
Users may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any content from ASCENTSO Learning without prior written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• uploading course materials to other platforms or websites
• sharing course videos or slides publicly
• repackaging ASCENTSO course materials for training or commercial use
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of course materials may constitute copyright infringement.
4. Use of Course Content
Learners may access course materials only for their own personal learning.
Course materials must not be used to conduct external training programmes, workshops, or commercial learning activities without formal authorisation from ASCENTSO Learning.
Corporate users must ensure that course materials are not redistributed internally beyond the licensed learners.
5. Plagiarism and Misuse of Content
Where courses include assignments, quizzes, or written submissions, learners must ensure that their work is original.
Plagiarism includes presenting another person’s work, ideas, or materials as one’s own without appropriate acknowledgement.
Misuse of course materials may include copying learning content directly into assignments or submissions without proper attribution.
ASCENTSO Learning reserves the right to invalidate assessments or revoke certificates where plagiarism or misuse of content is identified.
6. Protection Against Content Extraction
Users must not attempt to extract or collect course materials through automated tools, scraping systems, or other methods intended to reproduce platform content.
This includes attempts to harvest course materials for external datasets, training materials, or artificial intelligence systems.
Such activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access.
7. Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If users believe that content on ASCENTSO Learning infringes their intellectual property rights, they may notify ASCENTSO Learning with supporting information.
ASCENTSO Learning will review such reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
