AI AT WORK
- Description
Strengthening Responsible AI Use in the Workplace
Artificial intelligence tools are increasingly embedded in how work is produced, reviewed, and communicated across organisations — influencing both internal operations and external interactions.
As adoption expands, inconsistent use or overreliance may introduce operational, compliance, and quality risks — affecting accuracy, decision-making, and overall work standards.
AI at Work is a 4-hour foundation programme designed to build practical understanding and application of AI in professional environments. The programme focuses on how AI can be applied across writing, analysis, and communication tasks — enabling participants to use AI effectively across different work contexts rather than in isolated situations.
Participants will explore leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini, with emphasis on how to apply them appropriately within real workplace scenarios.
The focus is on consistent, responsible use — ensuring outputs remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with professional and organisational expectations.
This programme is HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers in Malaysia.
