ANTI-BRIBERY & CORRUPTION AWARENESS
- Description
When Everyday Decisions Carry Ethical and Organisational Consequences
Bribery and corruption risks rarely present themselves as obvious misconduct.
They often emerge through everyday workplace situations — including gifts, favours, facilitation requests, or informal arrangements that may initially appear harmless. Without clear awareness and defined boundaries, these situations can lead to inappropriate decisions and expose organisations to serious consequences.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption Awareness is a 2-hour foundation programme designed to build practical understanding of ethical conduct in the workplace. Participants develop the ability to recognise risk situations, identify warning signs, and respond appropriately in line with professional and organisational expectations.
This programme is HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers in Malaysia.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Understand what constitutes bribery and corruption in workplace context
- Recognise common situations where ethical risks may arise
- Identify warning signs of inappropriate or unethical conduct
- Apply appropriate actions, including reporting and escalation procedures
